Course Booking Fees & Confirmation

To reserve a place on our classess and courses the event fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you once your payment has been processed.

Fees are payable through Stripe, a worldwide recognised online payment provider (all payment links provided on our website are done through Stripe)  or by direct bank transfer (if you prefer this method please contact us here). 


Cancelation by you of an event up to 1 week prior to the event entitles you to a 100% refund of your fee.

After this time we do not accept cancellations, but you can transfer your place to the event to someone else (friends or family). Transfering your place for another similar event in our future calendar is possible at any time prior to the event for which you have initially booked.

If the event for which you have initially booked has expired and you have failed to attend it, it is not possible to get a refund/ transfer the fee to another event.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any events where required. In the rare situation when we will have to cancel one of our events you will receive a full refund of your fee.

 In the event that a class is postponed for reasons that are outside of our control we will give you notice as soon we are aware of the problem. 

Course Content

We reserve the right to make changes to our classes and course curriculum as we see fit.


Details of course venues are listed on our website and included with the class/course details. We reserve the right to make any changes to the course venue that we see fit. Any such changes will be notified to you in writing. A change in venue does not entitle you to any refund of course fees, in part or in full.

 Course Materials

All art supplies are provided and are included in the cost of the course (not valid for livestream online classes).


All courses and content are the sole intellectual property of Art Square Plus and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


Unless otherwise specified our courses are open to all adults 18 years or over.


We make efforts to ensure that our classes are available and accessible to everyone. However we cannot promise that all our venues are wheelchair and disability friendly. Please bring to our attention any disability or mobility issues prior to booking. Cancellation fees may apply if any mobility or special needs/equipment requests are not brought to our attention at the time of booking.

By booking into one of our events on our website you are accepting these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
